Property Manager, 800-Unit Apartment Community

Pay: $85,000 to $95,000 per year

Lead the team running a large, 800-unit apartment community across 70 buildings, from leasing and collections to resident satisfaction.

Must-Haves

• 2+ years of property management experience
• Experience managing 300+ apartment units
• Strong leasing background
• Strong collections and delinquency management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Responsible, proactive leadership style

What You’ll Do

• Lead the on-site team handling leasing, customer service, and resident relations
• Manage delinquencies and collections
• Oversee outreach, tours, and open houses to drive occupancy
• Handle resident complaints and coordinate maintenance
• Keep the property clean, safe, and well maintained
• Oversee operations across an 800-unit, 70-building community

Nice-to-Haves

• Large-scale or multi-building community experience
• Property management software experience such as Yardi, RealPage, or AppFolio
• CAM or ARM certification

Compensation and Benefits

• $85,000 to $95,000 per year
