Registered Nurse, OR Circulator, Robotic Surgery

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, plus 1 to 2 on-call shifts per week (30-minute call-back)
Pay: $70,000 to $90,000 per year, plus signing bonus

Join a collaborative surgical team as an OR circulating nurse, supporting orthopedic, general, robotic, and OB/GYN cases.

Must-Haves

• Active North Carolina RN license or compact license with NC endorsement
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing
• 2+ years as an Operating Room Circulating RN
• Experience with orthopedic, general surgery, da Vinci robotic, and some OB/GYN procedures
• BLS within 30 days and ACLS within 90 days of hire
• Ability to meet a 30-minute call-back response

What You’ll Do

• Perform pre-, intra-, and post-operative patient assessments
• Circulate for orthopedic, general, robotic (da Vinci), and OB/GYN surgeries
• Partner with surgeons and anesthesiologists for safe, efficient procedures
• Anticipate the surgical team’s needs to keep cases running smoothly
• Maintain accurate perioperative documentation
• Deliver age-appropriate, procedure-specific nursing care
