Senior Field Service Technician, NETA Electrical Testing

Location: Nashville, TN (Field-based across Tennessee and the Southeast)
Job Type: Full-time
Travel: Up to 50%
Pay: $45 to $70 per hour, plus overtime, per diem, and company truck
Relocation: Assistance available

Test, commission, and maintain electrical power systems across the Southeast while leading and mentoring junior techs on site.

Must-Haves

• NETA Level II, III, or IV certification
• 2 to 5+ years of field electrical testing experience
• Strong safety habits, including LOTO, arc flash, and NFPA 70E
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

What You’ll Do

• Test, inspect, and troubleshoot LV, MV, and HV switchgear, breakers, transformers, relays, and cable
• Perform NETA acceptance and maintenance testing and document results
• Commission new electrical equipment
• Support planned outages and emergency calls
• Lead and mentor Level I and II technicians on site

Nice-to-Haves

• Relay testing experience with SEL, GE, or similar
• Doble or other power factor testing experience
• Experience leading field crews
