Technical Sales Representative
- Individuals based in CA, AZ, UT, or NV are welcome to apply as the West Coast territory will be served.
- Successful candidates will receive a guaranteed salary and commission structure, with the opportunity to transition to an uncapped commission structure as their client base solidifies.

The Box On Demand team specializes in a range of technologies designed to assist customers in streamlining packaging and automating the packaging process in fulfillment and industrial manufacturing settings.
The Technical Sales Engineer is an engaging sales professional with a strong technical background who utilizes their expertise to provide solutions to customers and drive sales growth in their designated territory. This role includes managing existing clients as well. A successful Sales Engineer will be highly results-oriented, capable of developing strategic plans for target opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and closing deals that may involve the sale of capital equipment, machinery leases, raw material supply, and maintenance services.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and cultivating new business prospects
- Meeting with potential clients and partners to understand their unique challenges
- Collaborating with various departments within the company to prepare, coordinate, and deliver complex technical presentations to key decision makers
- Negotiating long-term partnership agreements
- Ensuring successful implementation of solutions by effectively coordinating with internal teams to provide the best possible outcomes for customers
- Continuously expanding business by effectively managing challenging customer situations and fostering strong partnerships
- Willingness to travel extensively by air or car (up to 50% of the time)
- Territory: West Coast
- Successful candidates residing in CA, NV, AZ, or UT are preferred
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
- Required: 5 years of experience interacting with customers in a sales environment
- Required: B2B sales experience, with a strong technical background
- Required: Experience selling material handling industrial automation systems and components to industrial and manufacturing end users
- Preferred: Familiarity with Box on Demand robotics and packaging systems
